The complete SAFE form text Federal 1949 - 1993 to 1980 is contained in 4 blue SAFE ring binders, partly in the SAFE foldless system, partly in the SAFE Dual system, from 1981 only SAFE Dual. The collector put the stamps behind the stamped ones, so everything is a bit confusing.

Until 1959 there were only a few stamps, from 1955 the collection was almost complete, and from 1969 it was apparently completely marked with and stamped. Of course, if you don't like it, there is a 1-month right of return. This period begins one day after receipt of the item.
